Welcoming Two New Sales Engineers to the Maintecx Team!
Maintecx is excited to welcome Mitch Van Zuiden to our team as a Sales Engineer, bringing over two decades of valuable experience in manufacturing systems and fabrication technology. Mitch began his journey as a Field Service Engineer in 2003, quickly building knowledge in laser systems and advancing through roles in training, sales, and management. His commitment to finding practical, effective solutions has earned him the trust of his clients and colleagues.
Mitch’s hands-on manufacturing experience, especially in optimizing and organizing laser operations, played a pivotal role during his time as Fabrication Engineering Manager. Leading teams of engineers and technicians, Mitch implemented advanced systems that improved efficiency and delivered reliable, high-quality results. Since 2022, he has specialized in laser drilling, welding, and cutting systems with a strong focus on helping Aerospace Manufacturing clients meet their unique challenges.
Beyond work, Mitch values time with his family and enjoys outdoor activities like camping, fishing, and cheering on his son’s club baseball team. We’re excited to have Mitch on board and confident his experience, insight, and personal approach will be a tremendous asset to our customers, helping them achieve their goals and drive continued success.
We are also excited to welcome Dean Lewis to the Maintecx team as a Sales Engineer! With over a decade of experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing efficiency, and technical sales, Dean brings a wealth of industry knowledge to help our customers improve their operations and stay ahead in an evolving market.
Throughout his career, Dean has worked closely with manufacturers to refine production processes, implement advanced machining solutions, and train teams to maximize efficiency. His expertise in precision machining, automation, and fabrication allows him to provide tailored, high-impact solutions that drive profitability and productivity. He understands the unique challenges manufacturers face and is dedicated to finding the right equipment and strategies to help them succeed.
